We can empower underserved communities in Central America by providing affordable and accessible medical, dental and veterinary care

Choose your Program

Medical Program

Volunteering in the medical program will allow pre-health students to gain hands-on, culturally and clinically immersive training where they are provided the opportunity to work side by side with local physicians in diagnosing, treating, and educating patients.

Dental Program

Provide individualized, patient-oriented care, side by side with local dental physicians, and develop basic dental techniques, identify anatomic structures, and understand the importance of implementing a dental education to promote healthy communities.

Veterinary Program

Volunteering in the Veterinary program will allow students to assist in controlling animal overpopulation in communities by offering high-quality spay/neuter clinics and animal welfare education, through a hands-on and interactive experience.

Veterinary Training Center

The IVTC in Costa Rica is designed for advanced veterinary students and recent graduates who want to enhance their surgical and clinical skills by providing high-quality, ethical, and low-cost spay and neuters to local animal shelters.
